We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange an item under the following conditions:
You have 3 days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
1. For Correct Products: If you wish to return an item that was delivered correctly and is not defective, a return processing fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers our reverse logistics and handling costs.
2. For Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will happily process a full refund or exchange. There will be no return charges deducted in this case.
To process any return or exchange request, a complete and unedited video of the product being unboxed is mandatory. This video must clearly show the package before it is opened and the condition of the item inside. Without a valid unboxing video, we will be unable to approve your return or exchange request.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
